HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

You can book an appointment using our online booking system or calling us on (02) 9683 7995

WHAT TO EXPECT UPON ARRIVAL AS A NEW PATIENT?

For a new patient we recommend you arrive 10-15mins prior to your appointment to allow you to complete required forms and unwind. A medical history and consent form is required upon arrival.

HOW LONG DOES THE APPOINTMENT GO FOR?

Initial appointments range from 45 mins - 90 mins. Includes consultation and treatment. Subsequent treatment range from 30 mins - 45 mins.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Please bring along any X-rays, Ultrasounds, MRI, CT scans and reports, as well as your private health insurance card for instant rebates through the HICAPS system.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Onsite parking is available. There are parking options also available opposite the clinic on Park Street (Arthur Phillip Park).

DO YOU TAKE PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE?

Most private health funds can be claimed on the spot and only the gap is payable, this is dependent on the individual cover.

DO YOU SEND OUT APPOINTMENT REMINDERS?

Day before SMS and/or email reminders are sent out confirming your appointment.

DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICARE?

We do accept care plans for Chiropractic and Osteopathy. A rebate can be claimed on the spot and a fee will apply for the remainder of the treatment fee. MEDICARE rebate for Chiropractic and Osteopathy is $53.80 Please note: bulk billing it not available at Path to Health.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Please call us if you are running late. Appointments may be short need or cancelled depending on time. We will also be in touch if our practitioners are more than 5 minutes behind schedule to ensure your day is not inconvenienced.

WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT?

Please contact us on (02) 9683 7995 to notify us as soon as you can. You can either reschedule or cancel your appointment. See our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Policy
New Patients - missed (no show) or cancellation less than 24 hours notice will forfeit $40 deposit. A refund can be arranged should you change your mind before 48 hours of your appointment. This will take up to 10 days.
Existing patients - missed (no show) or cancellation less than 24 hours notice will incur a $40 cancellation fee.
